who will speak about the current situation in the banking sector and
how recent financial market turbulence has changed banking practice.

Roman Nikolaev — is a knowledgeable, creative attorney with deep understanding of International and Russian law and good business sense. He is specializing in Private Equity / Project Investments
International litigation,
Banking Finance,
Capital Markets,
Joint Ventures
Securitization,
M&A.
Roman is currently earning an Executive LL.M. degree in Corporate/Financial Law at the London's School of Economics and Political Science. He had also taken American and English law courses at Pericles.

Alexey Smirnov is the Deputy Director for Public Private Partnerships at Gazprombank.
He has an MBA from the Cambridge Judge business school and a specialist degree from the Higher School of Economics.
Alexey has been originating and structureing PPP deals at Gazprombank, primarily focusing on social infrastructure and utilities.
He has been managing leveraged finance deals, including project finance, M&A, LBO, and Private Equity transactions, for 10 years.

Ramil Bikmullin is a SVP and Senior legal counsel at a major U.S. bank (corporate and investment divisions) that has a significant presence in Russia. Ramil deals with a broad range of products (including fixed income, derivatives, equities, cash and card businesses, trade finance).
He has recently spent a significant amount of time in his bank's London office, specializing primarily in capital markets debt transactions, derivatives and sanctions.
