Adam Fadian is a counsel in the Banking and Finance team at Clifford Chance Moscow. Adam specialises in cross-border finance in Russia and the CIS and his expertise includes structured trade and commodity finance, syndicated lending, acquisition finance, margin lending, debt restructuring, insolvency and work-outs and US and EU sanctions.

Adam has been based in Moscow for 7 years and has previously worked as a lawyer in London and in Australia.
