I think nowadays it is very important to know foreign languages. It is especially important to know foreign languages for me as a future lawyer. If one speaks foreign languages, one can read legal literature in the language of origin and get acquainted with the law of other countries.
Nowadays, it is essential to know English in order to get a good job. But a general English knowledge doesn't equate to understanding all legal terms and knowing all the subtitles of the language. Every lawyer needs to understand the nuances of the profession not only in Russian, but also in English.
