'I work in Raiffeisenbank in Lean & Process Management department as Project Manager for last two years. Started career in Management Consulting at KPMG. The main aim of my job is process optimization through efficiency increase with LEAN methodology implementation. Possibility of direct influence on organization prosperity and service quality inspires me a lot. During my projects I interact with people at various management levels and business areas which is quite challenging. MBA is a chance to develop myself both professionally and personally. I plan to pass GMAT in 2015 to apply for full MBA program in Europe.'
