Zara Gazarian is our May 2005 Student of the Month.

She is recently scored 680 on the GMAT

Our student of the month for May is Zara Gazarian, who recently scored 680 on the GMAT. We chose Zara not only for her success but also for her always cheerful personality and helpful attitude towards our other students.

Zara was born in Yerevan , Armenia , started her education at Yerevan State University , Economics Faculty, and continued it at the Plekhanov Russian Economics Academy .

After graduating for the Finance Faculty of Plekhanov Russian Economics Academy, she started working in the field until finally her career path brought her to the position of the Managing Director of a biochemical holding company. It was at this point that Zara started thinking about getting an MBA. And Zara is definitely Europe-bound. She has decided to apply to Cambridge Judge School , Oxford Said School , IESE, CBS and Cranfield. Her applications are currently in consideration at theseschools. She is following exactly the right strategy of applying to fivebusiness schools, ranging from some very selective ones but also including a "safety school" with a little bit lower rankings but with a specialties that particularly interest her. We advise all potential MBAs to follow similar strategies to best ensure that they get into a business school that will meet their needs.

Congratulations on the high GMAT score Zara, and we wish you all success in the application process!
