Elena specializes in legal & compliance recruitment across Russia & CIS, mostly focusing on In-house legal market within TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunications), Electronics, E-commerce, Internet, Construction & Development. In addition, she has extensive experience in recruiting IP lawyers as well as Patent Attorneys with a particular emphasis on Senior & Head of Legal roles.

Mr. Nebons holds an MBA from Columbia University Graduate Business School and serves as Columbia's Ambassador to Russia.
He manages the operations of Nebons Lewin International, executives recruiting firm and is one of the most experienced financial specialists in Russia, with 20 years experience working in New York at major firms such as Salomon Brothers, Goldman Sachs, and Drexel Burnham.
In his eight years in Moscow, he has served as the Vice Chairman of two major banks and the international sales manager of a major brokerage firm, and he currently serves on a DUMA committee with the speaker of that house. He is also director of a hedge fund, Activedge Capital.
